Common questions

The things buyers and importers ask us most, about the farm, the paperwork and how a first order comes together. Search below or filter by topic.

Where is Idol Farm and what certifications do you hold?

We grow in Thailand with the whole operation under one roof. The farm is GACP certified and we work with an EU GMP partner, so the flower is handled to pharmacy level standards from the day it is planted to the day it ships.

Which countries do you export to?

We work with partners in Germany, the United Kingdom, Australia, Israel, the Czech Republic and here in Thailand. If your market is not on that list, reach out and we will talk through what is possible for your region.

How much can you produce each month?

The farm produces around 500 kilograms of dried flower a month from a fully integrated sealed indoor farm, with room to scale. We are glad to talk through volumes and a steady supply schedule once we understand what your market needs.

Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis for every batch?

Yes. Every batch is tested for cannabinoids, terpenes, pesticides, heavy metals and microbials, and it leaves with its own COA. Testing is done through independent labs including TNR Bioscience, Eurofins, ChemCentre and ST Lab.

Request a COA
Can we see samples before a bulk order?

Of course. Serious buyers and importers can request a sample kit and the current catalogue with full lab data. Send us a note through the contact page, tell us a little about your market, and we will arrange it.

Request a sample
How is the flower dried and cured?

We take the slow route. Whole plants are hung and dried in a cool room without forced heat, trimmed by hand, then given a long careful cure with water activity standardised batch to batch. That is what keeps the smell, the taste and the shelf life where they should be.

What strains do you offer?

We choose our own genetics and grow a rotating menu of high potency, high terpene flower. You can see the current line on the Genetics and Strains page, and the catalogue lists what is ready now with full lab data.

How is the flower packed for export?

Everything is sealed and labelled to travel well and reach you fresh, with export ready outer packaging built for customs and long transit. We can match the packaging and labelling your market and your importer require.

What are your minimum orders and prices?

These depend on the strain, the volume and the market you are shipping to. Tell us what you are looking for through the contact page and we will send pricing that fits your order, usually within one business day.

Request a quotation
How do we start working together?

The easiest way is to request the catalogue or a COA through the contact page, or book a visit and come walk the farm in person. We align on strains and volume, prepare the export paperwork, then pack and ship under controlled conditions.

Still have a question?

Tell us about your market and we will send the catalogue, a sample plan and pricing that fits your order.
