New buyers almost always open with the same question. How much do I have to order to start? It is a fair thing to ask, and the honest answer is that a minimum order quantity is less about a fixed number on a page and more about making the first deal work cleanly for both sides. We would rather set you up to reorder than push you into a volume you are not ready for.
Why a minimum exists at all
A cross border shipment of medical cannabis carries the same fixed work whether the box holds five kilos or fifty. Export permits, lab testing, a full COA, compliant packaging and the paperwork chain all cost the same regardless of size. A minimum order quantity, or MOQ, simply covers that fixed cost so the deal stays worth doing for everyone at the table.
Think of it as the floor that keeps quality and compliance intact. We run a fully integrated sealed indoor farm in Thailand, we are GACP certified, and we work through an EU GMP partner network. None of that gets diluted for a small order. The MOQ is what lets us hold that standard on the very first shipment.
Starting small the smart way
Most serious buyers do not start with a container. They start with a sample, move to a trial order, then scale once the flower proves out in their own market. We encourage that path. A first order that lands well and reorders beats a big first order that scares off a good buyer.
Here is the sequence we see work again and again.
- Request a sample and review the COA against your own standards.
- Place a trial order sized to test your channel, not your budget.
- Confirm the flower holds through customs, storage and sell through.
- Scale the reorder once the numbers and the feedback line up.
- Lock a supply cadence so your shelves never go empty.
A good first order is not the biggest one. It is the one that earns the second.
What sets the number in practice
There is no single MOQ that fits every buyer, because the right floor depends on what you are actually buying. Destination market, product format and packaging all move the number. A bulk shipment of a single strain sits at one level. A white label run with your own branding and export ready packaging sits at another, because the setup work is heavier.
Bulk flower
Straight bulk is the simplest place to begin. You are buying hand trimmed, slow cured exotic flower at 22 to 30 percent THC, water activity standardized, with a COA on every batch. The MOQ here is lower because there is no custom setup between harvest and your dock.
White label and OEM
When you want your own label, the minimum rises. We offer white label and OEM, and that means artwork, packaging and format decisions before anything ships. It is worth the slightly higher floor when you are building a brand, but plan for it up front.
What you get for that first commitment
The MOQ is not just a hurdle. It is the point where our whole operation goes to work for you. Every batch carries an independent lab COA covering cannabinoids, terpenes, pesticides, heavy metals and microbials. Every kilo is traceable from seed to shipment. Nothing leaves the farm without documentation a regulated market will accept.
We produce around 500 kg of finished flower per month, more than 7 tons per year, with room to scale. That matters for your first order because it means we can support your second and your tenth without a gap. A supplier who can only fill one order is not a supplier. It is a one time seller.
How we size your first deal
When you come to us, we start with three questions. What market are you shipping into, what format do you need, and what volume can your channel realistically move in the first cycle? From there we set a first order that clears the fixed costs, respects your risk, and leaves clean room to grow.
We are not trying to win the biggest possible first invoice. We are trying to prove the flower, prove the paperwork and prove that we ship on time. If we get that right once, the MOQ conversation never comes up again, because you already know what a reorder buys you.
The practical takeaway. Do not fixate on the minimum number. Ask for a sample, read the COA, size a trial order to your channel, and judge us on what actually arrives. Tell us your market and your format, and we will build a first order that makes sense for both sides and sets up everything that follows.
