You can grow perfect flower and still lose it in transit. Packaging is the last job on the farm, and it is the one that protects everything you did before it. Every trim, every cure, every day of care shows up in the jar the buyer opens. If that jar disappoints, none of the rest counts.
We treat packaging as part of the product, not an afterthought. Flower that crosses borders has to arrive dry, fresh, and intact, sometimes after weeks in transit and several changes of climate. That takes packing built for the journey, not just the shelf.
What we protect against
Four things degrade cannabis on the move moisture, light, heat, and rough handling. Each one attacks a different part of the flower. Moisture swings dry out the trichomes or invite mould. Light bleaches color and breaks down cannabinoids. Heat drives off the volatile terpenes that carry aroma. Rough handling turns dense, top shelf buds into shake at the bottom of the box.
We pack against all four at once. Every batch leaves the farm at a standardized water activity, sealed so it holds that level across a long trip. Opaque, food grade barriers keep light out. Rigid outer packing absorbs the knocks of freight so the structure of the flower survives the road.
Why it matters for B2B
A buyer judges the product on arrival, not on how it looked at the farm. Those two moments can be far apart. The whole point of export packaging is to make them match, so what we cured is what you receive.
For a wholesaler or a distributor, that consistency is the business. You are quoting your own customers on aroma, potency, and shelf appeal. If the flower shifts in transit, your margins and your reputation shift with it. Packaging that holds the batch steady is what lets you sell with confidence before the container even lands.
The best batch in the world is only as good as it looks when the box is opened.
How we pack a batch
Our packing follows the same discipline as the grow. Nothing is improvised. Each step is fixed, recorded, and repeatable, so batch number five hundred looks like batch number one.
- Flower is cured slow and hand trimmed before it ever reaches packing.
- Water activity is checked and standardized so the batch travels stable.
- Product is sealed in opaque, food grade barrier material to block light and air.
- Inner packs are cushioned inside rigid export cartons rated for freight.
- Every unit is labeled and tied to its batch record for full traceability.
We run this inside a fully integrated, sealed indoor farm, which means packing happens in a controlled environment rather than an open room. The flower does not sit exposed while it waits to ship.
Traceability from seed to shipment
Packaging is also where our paperwork meets the product. Every batch ships with a COA from an independent lab covering cannabinoids, terpenes, pesticides, heavy metals, and microbials. That certificate is tied to the exact units in the box, not to a general sample.
We keep full seed to shipment traceability, so any unit can be traced back through packing, curing, and cultivation to the room it grew in. For a pharmaceutical distributor working under GACP and EU GMP expectations, that chain is not a nice extra. It is the requirement. Our packaging carries it end to end.
White label and OEM
Some buyers want our flower under their own brand. We offer white label and OEM packing, so the product arrives export ready in your format and your labeling, built to the market you sell into. The protection underneath stays the same. Only the face of it changes.
Built for regulated markets
Regulated markets do not forgive sloppy packing. Customs, importers, and pharmacy buyers all inspect on arrival, and a failed seal or a smudged label can hold a whole shipment. We design our export packaging to clear those checks the first time, with clean labeling, intact seals, and documentation that matches what is inside.
At around 500 kg of finished flower a month and 7 or more tons a year, we pack at volume without dropping the standard. Scale does not loosen the process. It depends on it.
If you are sourcing exotic flower at 22 to 30 percent THC for a regulated market, ask a supplier one plain question what does the product look like when the box is opened on your side. We built our packaging so the answer is always the same as it was on ours. Send us your destination and format, and we will pack to it.
