Wholesale Cannabis Export Structuring Pricing and Tiers for Global Importers

Pricing exotic flower is not one number. It is a structure that fits how a buyer actually buys. Get that structure right and every conversation after it gets shorter, because both sides already know where they stand.

We work with importers, wholesalers, pharmaceutical distributors and authorized distributors across regulated markets. No two of them buy the same way. A hospital facing distributor wants consistency and paperwork. A premium authorized distributor wants the top of the crop and wants it exotic. A wholesaler wants volume at a price their own margin can survive. One flat price serves none of them well. A clear tiered structure serves all of them.

Why one price never fits

A single number forces every buyer into the same box. The small buyer overpays for volume they cannot move. The large buyer underpays for the attention they need, or walks because the price ignores their scale. You end up renegotiating with everyone, every order, forever.

Tiers fix that. They let a partner match price to what their market actually needs, then plan an order around it instead of starting from a blank page each time. The structure does the arguing so we do not have to.

What actually sets the price

Three things move the number, and only three. Grade, volume and terms. Grade covers the flower itself THC, terpene profile, bag appeal, the trim and the cure. Volume covers how much moves per order and per year. Terms cover payment, lead time and commitment. Everything else is noise.

Our top exotic grades run 22 to 30 percent THC, hand trimmed, slow cured, with water activity standardized batch to batch. That grade sits at the top of the structure because it costs more to grow and hold to that standard. A steady mid grade sits below it for buyers who need reliable supply at a working price. The tiers are honest about what each one is.

Good pricing is not the lowest number. It is a structure a buyer can build their own business on.

How we keep it fair

The same rules apply to everyone. Two buyers with the same grade, the same volume and the same terms get the same price. No favorites, no games, no quiet premium for the buyer who asks fewer questions. When a partner earns a better tier, they earn it on volume and commitment, and they can see exactly how.

That matters more than a headline discount. A buyer who understands the logic can forecast their own cost, quote their own customers with confidence and grow into the next tier on purpose. A buyer who cannot read the logic is always guessing, and guessing is expensive.

What sits inside every tier

Price is only half of what a buyer pays for. The rest is what comes attached to it, and that does not get cut to hit a number.

Built to hold at volume

A price structure only works if the farm behind it can keep its promises. We run a fully integrated sealed indoor farm in Thailand, GACP certified, with an EU GMP partner network behind the export side. We finish around 500 kg of flower a month, more than 7 tons a year, with room to scale.

That capacity is what lets us quote a tier and honor it. A buyer who signs for a grade and a volume gets that grade and that volume, batch after batch, not a strong first shipment followed by a slow drift in quality. The structure is a promise, and the farm is what keeps it.

What this means for your order

Come to the table knowing three things and the pricing conversation almost runs itself. Know the grade your market moves. Know the volume you can place per month and across a year. Know the terms you can commit to. With those three, we can place you in a tier, show you the path to the next one and give you a number you can build a business plan on.

The takeaway is simple. Do not shop for the lowest sticker. Shop for the structure you can grow inside, backed by a farm that can supply it. Send us your target grade and volume and we will show you exactly where you land and what it takes to move up.
